Terms of service

Provetta is operated by AZR Tech-Solutions LLC (d/b/a Provetta). Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that company; where they say Provetta, they mean the software.

Provetta is currently offered to pilot organizations at no charge. During the pilot, access is by invitation, the service is provided as is, and either side can end the arrangement at any time with no penalty.

Being free does not mean being careless: the same isolation, audit and export guarantees described on the security page apply to pilot organizations exactly as they will to paying ones.

You retain all rights to the records your organization creates. We claim no ownership and no licence to use them beyond operating the service for you.

If you stop using Provetta, you can export everything first. We will not hold your records hostage to a renewal conversation.

Provetta helps you record and manage quality evidence. It does not certify your organization against any standard, and using it does not make you compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11 or any other standard. Certification comes from an accredited body assessing your processes; the software is a tool for keeping the evidence they will ask for.

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, attempt to access another organization’s data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without telling us first. If you find a security issue, write to us — we would much rather hear from you than not.

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee during the pilot. During this period our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero. Final terms for paid plans will replace this section before general availability.

These terms will be replaced by a professionally reviewed version before general availability. We will tell pilot organizations directly when that happens rather than relying on you noticing a changed date on this page.
